What do you need help with?
Presentation coaching for work and the stage
You already have a presentation.
Let’s make it work.
Bring the conference talk, pitch, client presentation, or workshop you actually need to deliver. We’ll rehearse it, find the few changes that will make the biggest difference, and work them into the presentation before you leave.
Am I making sense right now?
↓ say less hereslow down here →01 / The idea
Walk into the room with the presentation you want to give.
A presentation can feel off for a dozen reasons. The main point may be buried. The structure may make sense to you but not the audience. Your delivery may flatten the moments that matter.
I’ll watch you deliver it, understand the audience and stakes, and find what’s actually worth fixing. Then we’ll revise it and try again—so the feedback makes it into the presentation you give.
02 / How it works
Find out what isn’t working before the audience does.
Bring the actual presentation. Deliver it, get direct feedback, and use the session where it will make the greatest difference.

Book a session—or start with a quick call
Ready to work? Choose a time and pay online. You’ll receive a link for the remote session. If you’re not sure whether it’s right for you, book a free 15-minute call or email me first.
- 02
Set the target
Tell me what the presentation is about and share any materials you’re comfortable sending. At the start of the session, we’ll establish who is in the room, why the presentation matters, and what you need them to understand, feel, or do.
- 03
Deliver or walk through the presentation
Run the presentation as you currently plan to give it, either in full or by focusing on the sections that need the most attention.
- 04
Diagnose what needs to change
We’ll identify the issues having the greatest effect on the presentation. Sometimes that means tightening the delivery. Sometimes it means reworking the structure before rehearsing it again.
- 05
Fix what matters most
If the presentation is structurally sound, we’ll revise the highest-impact moments and try them again. If it needs a larger rethink, we’ll rebuild the core structure and decide what belongs, what moves, and what can go.
- 06
Leave with a strong presentation & something you can use again
You’ll leave knowing what to do next: what needs to change in the structure, how to finish or rehearse it, and where to focus before you present. You’ll also have specific tactics you can carry into the next room.
Working with confidential material? You can share it during the session, summarize sensitive details, or work from a verbal walkthrough. Nothing needs to be sent in advance.
Still working with a half-baked idea?
That works too. We can use the session to clarify the main message, build the structure, and find the stories or examples that belong—so you leave knowing how to finish the presentation.
03 / What we might work on
Your presentation tells us where to start.

Portrait of Jackson Wu
Jackson Wu — Charismaki
05 / Your coach
I’m Jackson Wu.
I spend a lot of time in front of rooms.
I’m Jackson Wu. I’m a public speaking coach, event host, competitive beatboxer, and former SaaS salesperson. I’ve coached more than 50 people and spent years in rooms where communication has to work: from sales presentations and workshops to conferences and stages including the Vogue Theatre and Vancouver’s Orpheum.
You can be very good at what you do and still be held back by how you communicate it. The idea gets overlooked. The point doesn’t come across the way you meant it to. I built Charismaki to help you close that gap by working on the real presentations and conversations already in front of you.
Every session is tailored to you and the situation you bring. For a presentation, we might restructure the message, cut what isn’t helping, strengthen the moments that should land, or work on the delivery. For a conversation, we might clarify the point, find language that sounds like you, and practice what happens when the other person pushes back or takes it somewhere unexpected.
You should leave knowing what you want to say and feeling better prepared to say it when it matters.
