Start with a reason - and make it easy to respond to. "Hi. I'm Joe, here to make new friends, mind if we chat?

To leave. Name it without drama. "Hey, this was great. I'm gonna talk to other people.

Finish the thought before fixing the tone.
Say the sentence all the way through.
Then adjust on the next one.
Self-editing mid-sentence is what makes you sound off.

For people who want a standing rhythm or continued access as moments come up. Some people prefer to schedule sessions in advance and keep this as an ongoing relationship rather than booking ad hoc.

 

This can include shorter check-ins around specific moments, alongside regular sessions.

I’m Jackson Wu. I help people handle tricky social moments.

I’m a performer, beatboxer, and communications coach.I’ve spent years on stage and around people - and years feeling like I didn’t quite belong in social spaces. I wasn’t bad at conversations.

 

I just didn’t know how to stay grounded when it mattered. I had instinct and awareness, but no way to use them in the moment without shrinking or performing.​

 

Charismaki came from learning how to work with those moments instead of fighting them.​I work in the gap between social intuition and knowing what to do in the moment.
